Throughout her career, Jordon has held a variety of roles within the sector, expanding her expertise from grassroots community development to senior leadership positions. This broad range of experience allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work, understanding the intricate dynamics of a charity from multiple angles.
Jordon has worked with numerous organisations to craft powerful and meaningful strategies that are not only impactful but also sustainable in today’s ever-changing environment. Her expertise lies in transforming an organisation’s ideas into clear, compelling and professional messaging that amplifies their mission and resonates with their audience.
Outside of work, Jordon is a proud mum to a young daughter and a volunteer for a number of local charities. Jordon has always had a keen interest in watching and playing sport, especially cycling and netball. As a qualified coach, Jordon is passionate about supporting women to return to sport, recognising the huge role which physical activity can play in building confidence, fostering community and improving overall wellbeing.
